Meet the Experts Behind Your Care

Chauncey T. Jones

MD, FASA.
Dr. Jones provides exceptional services for patients with a focused and personalized treatment plan. His goal is to help patients regain control of their lives and find relief from debilitating conditions. Dr. Jones is committed to ongoing research and education, striving to advance the field of ketamine therapy, and improving outcomes for individuals seeking relief from mental health challenges. He has been practicing Medicine for over 15 years. Dr. Jones completed his Board-Certified Anesthesiology and Fellowship training in Acute Pain and Regional Anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins, Baltimore, MD. He regularly facilitates learning opportunities and teaches state of the art techniques and approaches to colleagues.

Rama Lahori, MD

Physicians

Dr. Rama Lahori has been practicing medicine for over 30 years.  He is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and completed his medical and anesthesia training at Northwestern University, Chicago, IL.  Over his extensive career he has provided care in essentially all the major subspecialties of anesthesia including acute and chronic pain management as well as cardiac.  In addition his experience spans a wide spectrum including practicing in military, academic, and private care settings.  He is devoted to delivering the highest level of care while simultaneously seeking to place compassion, comfort, and empathy at the forefront in his interactions with patients.  He is grateful to now be able to bring his experience to help patients at Lone Star Infusion overcome their challenges and lead fulfilling lives.

Lin Abraham

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
Lin is a certified registered nurse anesthetist with a graduate degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston. She graduated in 2014 and has been practicing in multiple settings in Houston. She is kind, caring, and thoughtful. Lin is excited to help people through Lone Star Infusion.

Zach

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
Zach is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with his doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.  He graduated in 2013 and has since practiced in various settings of anesthesia around Houston.  Through his passion for pharmacology and helping others, Zach finds great joy in practicing at Lone Star Infusion.

Pam Barnes

Office Manager
Pam is the Practice Supervisor at Lone Star Infusion, where she helps ensure each day runs smoothly for both our team and our patients. A graduate of St. Clair Community College, Pam has over 15 years of experience in the medical field and 12 years in special education. She has a genuine passion for helping others and finds great joy in supporting individuals on their journey toward a more fulfilling and happy life.

Yelena Hamilton

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
Yelena Hamilton earned her graduate degree in nurse anesthesia from the University of Pennsylvania and has practiced in a variety of settings since 2016. She is fluent in English and Russian and is able to support a diverse range of patients in feeling understood and at ease. She is also exploring additional learning in nervous system regulation to further support whole- person care. Outside of work, Yelena enjoys hiking, travel, and time outdoors with her two dogs.

Whitney Warren

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
Whitney is a board-certified nurse anesthetist with over 10 years of experience in anesthesia care. Originally from New Mexico, she has lived in Houston for the past 15 years and brings a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Whitney has spent the majority of her anesthesia career working with cancer patients, giving her a strong understanding of what it means to support individuals and their families through some of life’s most difficult moments. For the past year, she has been a valued member of the Lone Star Infusion team, where she provides ketamine therapy in a safe, supportive environment. She finds great fulfillment in helping patients and witnessing the powerful transformations that often follow treatment.

Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She also loves golfing, traveling, and discovering restaurants throughout Houston.

Important Notice Regarding Discontinuation of Ketamine Treatment Services

Lone Star Infusion will discontinue providing ketamine infusion and treatment services effective February 23, 2026. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand this news may be concerning to you.

What This Means for Your Care

After February 23, 2026 our clinic will no longer provide ketamine treatments. You will need to establish care with another provider to continue ketamine therapy, or work with your treating psychiatrist or pain management physician to explore alternative treatment options.

Your Immediate Next Steps

  1. Contact your prescribing psychiatrist, primary care physician, or pain management specialist to discuss your ongoing treatment plan and alternatives.
  2. If you wish to continue ketamine therapy, please review the enclosed list of physician-supervised ketamine clinics in the Houston area. We do not endorse any particular provider; this list is provided for your convenience only.
  3. Contact our office to schedule any final appointments before [closure date] and to discuss your transition of care.

Your Medical Records

Your treatment records will remain available through Lone Star Infusion. To request copies of your records or to authorize transfer to a new provider, please contact our office at 281.947.3268 or send a written request to 14740 Barryknoll Lane, Ste. 140, Houston, TX 77079. There is no charge for transferring records to your new treatment provider.

Continuation of Care During Transition

We stay committed to your care during this transition period. Please contact our office at 281.947.3268 if you have questions, need to schedule appointments before our closure date, or require assistance with your transition to a new provider.

We understand this transition may be difficult, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in us for your care. Our staff is available to assist you during this process.
